Shipping Policy

Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

  • Incorrect address.
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number.
  • Bad weather conditions
  • International customs procedures.
  • Any unforeseen circumstance.

If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will give RESEND OR REFUND per your asking. Please email us at support@yehgift.com and we’ll make it right! Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge import fees for shipments but some others will. Tax is not included in the price on our website, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Processing time:

  • Personalized products: 2 to 4 business days for design and produce your beautiful product.
  • Normal products: 1 to 3 business days. Most of orders is 2 business days.

Shipping time frame:

  • Shipping for 48 contiguous states in United States: 4 to 6 business days.
  • Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico: 7 to 14 business days.
  • Other US Territories: 12 to 20 business days.
  • Canada and Mexico: 7 to 10 business days.
  • United Kingdom and All Euro countries: 7 to 11 business days.
  • For orders delivered at the PO box, please include the zip code plus 4 in your order shipping address.
  • Shipping schedule and/or times are subject to change during the holidays.
  • For modification orders: the production time is expanded 1-2 days.
  • International orders outside United States: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
