How do I place an Order?

Choose an item you want to buy. Select the option you want, press "Personalize and add to cart". Then input your customization information, press "Add to cart", select quantity. Finally, enter your address, making payment and proceed your checkout. We will produce your item right after receiving your order.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We offer our Customers several convenient payment options. We accept credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal for your convenience.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

With Yeh Gift, online shopping is definitely safe. We will produce and ship out your item right after receiving your order. If there is any problem with the item you received, feel free to contact us and we will try our best to make sure you happy with our service.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Yeh Gift will cover Return Shipping Cost in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Yeh Gift representative to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return an item?

Contact Customer Support to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement, account credit, or a refund.
And attach a digital images of damaged or defective products. Then send to us.

How long will it take to get my order?

Do you check the design before it is produced for clarity and color?

The design is completely your responsibility, we will produce your item following the customization information you placed. However, we will contact you asap if we realize any problem with your spelling or mistake.

Do you provide a preview?

We only send preview to the customers who asked for. Our previews show the final production file design for your item. We do not modify, add or remove any portion of your design without your confirmation.

How Do I Know What Size To Order?

We have size charts available on all products page that include the necessary dimensions. Please also make sure to read all information in our product description.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

The design is completely your responsibility. Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities for delivery to you on time. Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders only can be accepted within 12 hours since you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

Will I Receive an Order and Shipping Confirmation?

You will receive order confirmation from us by email as soon as your order is received which will include your order details. You will also receive shipping confirmation from us by email as soon as your order ships that will include tracking numbers with links for quick and easy tracking.
